Whats happening with the Sutton Arm Pub Site

Whilst out delivering in Sutton Park Road, a number of residents expressed their concern about the lack of progress on the site of the former Sutton Arms.

Planning permission has already been granted for a housing scheme, to include a number of 'affordable homes'.

With a lack of housing being high on many people's priorities, it seems incredible that we are still waiting for these homes to be delivered.

If you elect me to be your Councillor, I will be actively pushing for this development to be started
