Bushes Cut Back by Shops

Councillor Peter Dyke can report that the bushes have been cut back away from the pavement6 at the bottom of the Spennells shop car park. Now Councillors Peter and Helen Dyke are also asking for the shrubs and undergrowth to be cut back around the entrance into Warbler Place to aid visibility for drivers.

Multi Use Games Area Update

The proposed plans for the Games Area on Spennells Playing Field have been taken along to the PACT Meeting on December 18th and to Spennells Youth Club for residents and young people to see and comment on. Weather permitting work will begin on the installation in the near future and is hoped that it will be completed in the Spring.

Worcester Road Woods

Councillor Helen Dyke can report that residents of Worcester Road have set up a "Friends of Worcester Road Woods Group".They will be looking at applying for grants and funding to keep the woods clean and tidy and to fund much needed maintenance for the trees. This will be a costly venture and Helen knows that they are working hard on this project. Councillors Helen and Peter Dyke have offered to help the group at any time in the future.

Footpath Enforcement
============================
Councillor Peter Dyke can report that the Footpaths Officer has been out to inspect the footpath at the rear of Forest Gate by Hoo farm Industrial estate. It appears to be clear of rubble at the moment but he has asked the Councils Enforcement Officer to take action if access becomes difficult again due to rubble and debris.
