Bus Shelter Delays

There has been a serious delay in the provision of the new bus shelters planned for the bus stop near to the flats on Hoo Road. We were advised that they would be erected much earlier in the year. Councillor Helen Dyke has been chasing up the County Council for a date for the work to begin. She has been told that it will be at least October but may not be done until early next year.

Why give us a date if they aren't going to keep to it?, The Conservative County Council letting us down again . Helen will keep nagging them , and we will report when we have some more news on this issue.
