Update on Worcester Road Houses

For Community Housing tenants who will be staying in their properties in Worcester Road , the Modernisation Programme for their houses is scheduled to be carried out in 2006/2007. All the details for this will be worked out in the near future. Tenants should be contacted further further details as they become available.
those those tenants who are still waiting to transfer away from the area, the idea is still to be able to move you as soon property property becomes available in the area you have chosen.
Unfortunately this is taking longer for some than others depending where where you want to live but have have not been forgotten.
You have have noticed that 3 vacant properties have been improved and are being offered as Shared Ownership Properties.
