Parking on Pavements and Dropped Kerbs

Residents have been contacting Helen,Peter and Samantha about problems that they have been experiencing when cars and vans are parked on pavements and across dropped kerbs.
It makes life very difficult for pedestrians , mothers with prams and pushchairs and the disabled in wheel chairs.
When vehicles obscure dropped kerbs it prevents the disabled being able to make their way around the area.
Samantha walker has asked the police to look into this problem and would like to appeal to drivers to be aware of where dropped kerbs are before they park.
